Biography
Thomas E. Reyes defends clients charged with driving while intoxicated, controlled substance offenses, assault and property crimes in the circuit courts of Jackson, Cass and Clay counties, and in federal court.
He gives particular attention to the immigration consequences of a criminal disposition, an area in which an otherwise favourable plea can carry results far more severe than the sentence itself.
He served as a public defender before joining the firm and has appeared in several hundred criminal matters.
