Biography
Eleanor R. Brandt leads the firm's family law practice. She represents clients in dissolution of marriage, allocation of custody and parenting time, support determinations and the modification of existing judgments.
She is trained in collaborative practice and serves as a mediator in domestic relations matters. Where a settlement can be reached that protects a client's position, she pursues it; where it cannot, she prepares the matter for trial from the outset.
She writes and speaks regularly on the treatment of closely held business interests in dissolution proceedings.
