Biography
Matt J Wagner founded the firm in 1995 with the conviction that a client in difficulty is entitled to reach the attorney handling the matter. That principle has governed the practice ever since, and it remains the standard to which every attorney in the firm is held.
His practice concentrates on serious personal injury and wrongful death litigation, criminal defense, and the commercial disputes that arise among closely held businesses. He has tried matters to verdict before juries throughout western Missouri and has argued appeals before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.
He is a member of The Missouri Bar and the Jackson County Bar Association, and he lectures periodically on trial practice and evidence to attorneys admitted within the last five years.
